The Canadian government currently has not travel bans in place. There is a travel advisory in place for Mexico and many, if not all, airlines flying to Mexico from Canada have cancelled or suspended their flights to there. Unless you were returning on a flight that is routed through Mexico you will not have any problems.

Canada currently has NO TRAVEL BANS in place. There is a travel WARNING been issued by the government, but they say there would be no merit to a ban.

Despite this, many of the major airlines have cancelled flights to Mexico, of their own accord.

This doesn't you coming from the United Emirates, or your friend coming from India, unless you need to change flights in Mexico, in which case you might have to look into other itineraries.

Unless your wedding is set for Mexico you will be fine. I know what the travel bans can be like. I was stuck in India during the plague scare in the early 90s and had to scrap a trip back to visit my family in Canada. I almost missed the birth of my daughter here in Canada but I managed to make it in time.

The travel ban at the moment is TO Mexico. It doesn't involve Canada. But who knows what is going to happen in the next couple of week? Maybe you and your gf should hop a plane now and spend a couple of weeks in Canada, just to make sure you are here for your wedding.

No you will be fine, the airlines have stopped flying into Mexico until June but as far as I know there's nothing stopping anyone from traveling into Canada
