Just wondering if my mom can be the guarantor of my Canadian Passport. She has a valid Canadian passport.

"A family member or any individual residing at your address may be your guarantor provided he or she meets the specified requirements. If you are the parent or legal guardian applying for a passport for your child, you cannot act as guarantor; however, the other parent can."
So. If she's applying for you (because you're under 16), then she can't be the guarantor. Otherwise, yes. I used my Mom as well.

If your mother holds a valid Canadian passport then yes, she can sign it as your guarantor.

i'm not sure what BOND paper is. i've got self belief white paper used for photocopies will do. in any different case I advise you circulate to a bureau for Canadian passports and get it executed right now. With that, you've a passport in decrease than 2 weeks rather of being multiple worry.
