You may or may not be able to get it fom your online account - you might have to go to the bank in person to get it. Banks don't give out that sort of information casually.

If you have online banking you can phone TD, the number is on the back of your card and on the website, and ask them for the info you need. I think you're going to have to call them or go into a branch. The card number has nothing to do with your account number. I'm pretty sure I know what my transit and institution numbers are from my cheques but it's been so long since I had to use those numbers that I'm not sure and wouldn't want to tell you the wrong thing. I just went to my TD stuff online and can't find out.

Call the branch your account is with and ask them. They should give it over the phone as the transit number is simply the # which indicates the specific branch your account is with. It's not a huge secret.

You can't phone them unfortunately; I tried doing that and I had to go in and speak with one of the tellers there.
