I am plannig to Go Canada on Work permit, Currently Working in India.PCC help?

I am plannig to Canada on Work permit, Currently Working in India,I am an Indian National. Before coming to India, I worked in Dubai and Kuwait more than 6 Months, My Q. to you all, Do I need PCC for Canada Visa from UAE +Kuwait and India or Just from India... Please Help me out...
As mention in Canada Embsy web, mention that, Need Pcc from all Cntry where u spent more than 6 months, I come back in India before 1.5 Years ago and before coming back my Work permit cancelled from UAE & KUWAIT immigration and if there is any Criminal issue they never let you go out side country till u get NOC/Clearnce for same,
If answer will Yes! for all cntry PCC required than Advice how to get.
if Not Please Suggest for same...

Hi from Montreal, I'm far from an consultant nor sombody from the goberment from the immigration office that might answer your question properly. But, if you don't have a confirmation from the permanent recidency... then YOU need to extend you work permit until you get the confirmation of the other. Why you want to risk your stay? You're not allowed to work beyond your permit and the other application isn't confirmed. So it's clear.
