Do most people just do this exam cold or is there some sort of way to prepare? Has anyone done this test and can give me some insights?

Once again, Randy is a buffoon...

There are public service exams for the Government of Canada, and they are not new things.

Sample questions can be viewed here:

I've never written this test as it's new, but I have written the Grad recruitment test, the Situational Judgement Test and the one that tests your language ability.

The first time I wrote it, everyone was talking about how they really studied the practice questions, and I didn't at all. I really regretted that and ended up failing the first time.

Lived in Canada all my life and worked in the public service for my entire adult career and have never heard of a public service entrance exam.

They have them in the US but not up here.
